All applicants and co-signers must submit a copy of a valid driver’s license with the online application. A $40 non-refundable application fee is required before the application can be processed.
- Apply using the APPLY ONLINE button and upload your driver’s license.
- Applicants must have at least two satisfactory credit accounts open for 12 months or more. Those without established credit must provide a qualified co-signer. Co-signers must complete the application and upload a valid driver’s license, selecting the co-signer/guarantor option.
- Applications will not be processed until the application fee and driver’s license copies have been received for all applicants.
- Once approved, a Deposit equal to the monthly rent is required through the online portal. Apartments are offered based on the deposit date, apartment type, and requested move-in date. The deposit does not guarantee an apartment assignment.
- The Deposit is refundable only if we are unable to offer an apartment in your requested category (Studio, One Bedroom, or Two Bedroom) within your requested date range. It is not refundable if you cancel. Specific apartments, locations, layouts, amenities, or move-in dates cannot be guaranteed.
