For identity verification, we require all applicants and co-signers to submit a copy of their driver's license. This needs to be attached to their online application. A $40 application fee is required. You will prompted to pay before submitting the online application.
- Apply using APPLY ONLINE button. Be sure to include a copy of your driver's license.
- All applicants are subject to credit approval. A minimum of two satisfactory credit accounts, each open for at least 12 months, is required. Applicants without an established credit history must provide a qualified co-signer. Co-signers are required to complete the same application available through the “Apply Online” button. For identity verification purposes, co-signers must submit a copy of their valid driver’s license. When completing the application, the co-signer must select the option indicating: “I am applying as a co-signer/guarantor for another applicant (I will not be living on the property).”
- Upon receiving your completed applications, along with the application fee, we will process your application. We will let you know if your application has been approved or what we need to complete the application process. Applications will not be processed until the application fee has been paid and drivers license copy has been submitted for ALL applicants.
- A $200 reservation list deposit is required upon approval of applications. This deposit will need to be paid via the online portal. A link to pay will be sent once the applications have been approved. This deposit will be applied towards the actual apartment security deposit once an apartment has been selected for you. The receipt of this deposit determines your placement on the Reservation List. Future vacancies will be offered to Applicants in the order we received the Reservation Deposit, the desired apartment category, and the desired move-in date. Please Remember this $200.00 deposit is required BEFORE approval. This does not guarantee an apartment assignment.
- Please be aware that the application fee is non refundable. The Reservation List deposit will only be refunded if we are unable to assign an apartment within your requested category (Studio, One Bedroom, or Two Bedroom). You will not receive a refund by cancelling your reservation. Due to unknown future vacancies, we are unable to guarantee a specific location, move-in date, layout, or particular amenities. We strive to meet everyone’s request. In the event we are unable to assign the requested size apartment during your date range, we will refund the $200 Reservation Deposit.
