Regardless of your reasons for apartment shopping, we understand that your furry friends are important to you. When you choose Evergreen Terrace as your new home, you no longer have to worry about leaving Spot or Snowball behind.
Dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small caged mammals are accepted. In order to maintain a happy environment for all pets, breeds that are considered aggressive are not accepted. All pets must be up to date on all shots and vaccinations, be spayed/neutered, and weigh under 65lbs at maturity. Only 1 pet is allowed per resident.
Stop by our office to pick up the Pet Agreement. All furry friends must be registered with our office. A $250 deposit and $20 per month pet rent are required.
