These are our most popular, greatest value student apartments. Our medium one bedroom offers increased living and bedroom space.
Two different floor plans are offered. Plan A with the bath off a center hallway between living room and the bedroom and Plan B with the private bath off the bedroom. Each floor plan offers:
- Kitchen with stove
- Frost-free refrigerator
- Dishwasher
- Wall-length closet.
Both Plans are equipped with central heat and air, dead-bolt locks, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. This floor plan offers deck or Patio access through French doors located in the bedroom. Occupancy is limited to two people with a second person surcharge of $50.00 per month.
