Immediate placement on our Reservation List is now available! Upcoming vacancies will be offered to our approved Reservation List applicants.
To get on the Reservation List, do these things:
- Come by our leasing office at 902 Ashley Road and pick up the leasing packet and fill out the Reservation Form and the Rental Application. Or you can print these forms from our website.
- Bring or mail your completed forms and an application fee of $30.00 to the office. Check or Money orders only. Please make the check or money order payable to Evergreen Terrace Apartments. Application fee required for each application. Credit approval is required. If you do not have an established credit history, please have a co-signer fill out the Co-Signer Application and return it to us along with your forms. For identity purposes, you and any co-signer must provide a copy of their driver’s license. Be sure to include these copies with your application forms.
- Upon receiving your completed paperwork, along with the application fee, we will process your application. We will let you know if your application has been approved or what we need to complete the application process.
- A $200 reservation list deposit is required upon approval of applications. Bring or mail this deposit to us. This deposit will be applied towards the actual apartment security deposit once an apartment has been selected for you. The receipt of this deposit determines your placement on the Reservation List.Future vacancies will be offered to Applicants in the order we received the Reservation Deposit, the desired apartment category, and the desired move-in date. Please remember this $200.00 deposit.
- Please be aware that the application fee is non refundable. The Reservation List deposit will only be refunded if we are unable to assign an apartment within your requested category (Studio, One Bedroom, or Two Bedroom). You will not receive a refund by cancelling your reservation. Due to unknown future vacancies, we are unable to guarantee a specific location, move-in date, layout, or particular amenities.
